Conducted one lesson today. Was quite successful I must say. The children are more interested as it is hands-on! Hands-on activities are realllllly better!! I had fun myself too. LmaO!

Anyway, went to Zenearth's BBQ on Sunday for awhile since it is so near my house. Hahaha! Very long didn't see the guys already. Kinda miss them. Know some new people as well. Ting cool de. Didn't eat much cos there's nothing much to eat when I reached. LOL!

Tmr is my mentor supervision. I hope the children understand what I am talking man. LOL! And hope that the art&craft went well. OMG. NERVOUS LOR. And Friday is my Field Supervisor supervision. Heard from my mentor that my F.S got fail students before. This makes me and Sherie jitao shit out 100kg of watery shit. (LOL). OMG. I really need to bribe all the children. LOL!!

Weekly updates

Yes, I'm that busy so I will update like only weekly ): But sometimes I will update some short entries along the week. So do come back for updates >> LOL! Wth!

So I've been busy CUTTING AND CUTTING during the weekdays. I cut like over 150+ pictures and words lor. Cut until my thumb swollen sia. Nabei. (LOL). But its all worth it when you see the children playing the activities that you've made for them. Awww!


This is even worse. I've to redo cos the laminating machine got too hot and squash up my hard work :'(


LOOK! After cutting the paper, then need to cut the laminated ones again. So actually I cut like 500 times. OMG. LOL!

Then have to thanks Sherie a lot! That day my BIG AUNT come visit me, again pain like crazy. Then Sherie being very nice, helped me to laminate and cut the words while I sleep in the childcare. THANKEW!

The both of us always like to gossip during break time while enjoying our KFC or whatever food we ta bao. LOL! Its funny. Always laugh only. Hahaha!

I conducted my first lesson plan and its totally crazy!! I'm so scared for my field supervision on this coming Friday lah. I scared the children got tooooo noisy! So I bribed them with chops and stickers first. LMAO! Hope they will be in a good state on that day. HAHA!!

Friday, 10th July
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO TAN MEI. Too bad you are so far away and I cannot SMS you in time like I always did in the past. LMAO! You know we love you and we miss you a lot. Then we can go back NVSS during Teachers' Day? HAHA!!

So anyway, it was also Tian Fu's birthday. Went home after attachment, bathed and go to my gan ma's house immediately. Then we went to eat and then we cabbed to Music Thai to celebrate!! Hehs!!

Saturday, 11th July
Actually wanted to stay at home to do my DAC assignment. But then I totally got ZERO IDEA what is that assignment about. I read the descriptor for like upteem times and I really o.O"?? LOL!! Seriously, I'm waiting for random classmates to online and ask :X Hehehe.

So Liwen, Mandy and Ganma tempted me to go Town with them and with God brothers as well. LOL! Then, aiya, go la go la :X LOL! So we went to Cine and watched

And yes, it is very nice. Bumblebee is so cute! LOL! And I finally know the characters that the children in my childcare ALWAYS talk about. LOL! Next time I will have common topic with them already. LOL!!

After movie, we cabbed down to Music Thai again. But all of us were dead tired from the previous night so we were like stoning. HAHA!! Then around 3am, cabbed to Gan ma's house and slack till 6am!

Yay. Spending time outside on weekends really feels good. But then when got home, feels stress again due to assignment. LOL!! And the other activities for learning corners. Damn~

Yesterday met Liwen, Mandy, Nelson and Tianfu at Cine to eat dinner together. After eating, we went to Bangkok Thai to chill first while waiting for our God mother to call us to go another pub :X LOL!

One thing I hate is when bouncers want to check my I.C to see if I'm enough age a not -.- I got look like I underage meh?! -.-" I don't think I looked like 17 lor! Wth! Very pekcek. Lol!

After that, we cabbed to Club Trustz to find my God mother, Xiao Yi (小姨) and her friends. Her friends dance hip hop is DAMN GOOD! OMG. HAHA! Remember Club Trustz? I got mention last time. The club got alot of handsome guys (like xiao bai lian). If you give them flowers, they will come your table and sit with you (LOL)!

So we saw this number 99 which is really WOW, damn cool, never smile one. So Liwen ask XiaoYi give him flower. LMAO!!! FUNNY LOR. Then he really came to our table. Of cos not my business la, cos is Liwen "ordered" one. LMAO! But then we not like those other pervertic aunties who sit on their laps, hold their hands or whatever. LOL! We just talk to him normally without touching him at all. LOL! FUNNY LOR. Quite an interesting experience. HAHA!

Halfway, Godmother and Xiaoyi's friends all CLUB HOP. Funny sia. They old alreday more havoc then us. They went to Sabai Sabai, but came back later to find us (: Really lor, they went up the stage and dance more vigourously than us. The young us all only sat down at the sofa. LOL!!

Then at the end of the night, our table got a lot of the "guys" lor. LOL! I think cos our table is the most young one. The other tables, all LAO ZHA BOR with THICK THICK MAKE UP. Then those aunties want those guys to kiss and hug them. LOL! DAMN EWWW LA. LOL. Those who came our table is really heng lor. Safe for the night. HAHAHA!!

After that, we TOOK MRT HOME! HOW COOL?! Very long didn't take first train home already. My second time. The first time was 2 years ago with James&friends. HAHA! We make a lot of noise in the train la. Damn bastard. Cos others going to work while we going home to SLEEP. LOL! Then we went to coffeeshop and ate breakfast before heading home. Oh man. SO TIRED that I want to die. HAHA!

P/S: we saw Kunio that night. So coincidence. HAHA!

Woohoo. Had attachment for 13days already! You can do it Sheryl. Actually I love attachment. I love seeing my K1 children! LONG TEXT. Its self-reflection during attachment! LOL!

Every morning when I walked into the class, the children would shout on the top of their lungs, "GOOD MORNING TEACHER SHARON/SHERYL/SHERIE" LOL! Ya, they call me my friend's name. So funny lah! Then I would always say "No no, is Teacher SherRRRrrryl" making the RRRRR sound. Then they would laughed. LOL! Then some would come and run after me to hug me. You can imagine that ;) How CUTE!

When I left the center, the children would also come and hug you and some even say "Teacher, I will miss you". Like LOL. Then some will come and say "Teacher, I like you/Wo ai ni". Wa, damn sweet lah!

Then I also feel like I'm always one step closer to being a real 'teacher' each day I go for attachment. Because my past attachment, I've been slacking away with Sherie. Damn funny. Last time we would always gather at one corner and talk and talk and wait till 12pm. LOL! Now we both in different class, we got no chance to talk unless break time and after attachment.

So I started doing lots of stuffs (to keep myself awake =X). Like taking temperature, feeding them, giving out the food, guide them in writing, nap them, play toys with them, bathe them, lead the class to sing, reading books to them, help teachers' to cut stuffs, help to 'solve' the children's quarrels by acknowledging their feelings first and much more. When ever I solve one quarrel, I feel damn shiok. Textbook stuffs really works. LOL!! Especially the one when you ask one child to take tissue paper for another child. LOL!

Actually I admit I love playing toys with the children. I totally can understand why they feel so sian when teacher ask them to keep the toys. Got one time when I play the toys with them, I was trying to build something (on my own =X) and then the teacher-in-charge say keep the toys. I FEEL TOTALLY SIAN. I'm HALFWAY THROUGH. LOL! I continued and pretend that I didn't hear. DAMN FUNNY. Then the child shout "TEACHER SHERYL, KEEP THE TOYS ALREADY!!" I was like =X LOL

I also feel accomplished when I helped this small little girl in my class to overcome her fear in climbing the "ladder" in the playground! Cos she is very small and she is very afraid of climbing that "ladder". So I said "I help you", but she gave up halfway. So I didn't force her. Then when she's ready, she nudge me to follow her and ask me to hold onto her while she climb. So I held her la. Got many times she climbed halfway then ask me carry her down. After that, she succeeded climbing the "ladder" with my help. So when I see that she is really ok already, I told her "I'm letting you go now, but I am behind you". She said "Ok" and kept looking back. Then she SUCCEEDED. WA, I SO HAPPY LA!!! LOL!! Then she HIGH-FIVED with me. LOL! And she's now always climbing that "ladder" on her own already.

And there's this funny thing happened today. When going outdoor, I almost tripped and fall (like always. LOL). ITS FUNNY LA. When I tripped, I need to hold onto something to support my balance. Then I go and hold onto one child's head. LMAO! I FEEL SO PAISEH. Then the child laugh at me. LOL!!!

Aiya, my class actually they damn funny one lor. Always got funny things happened. They so cute sia!!! Only 4 of them gave me headache but I know how to handle them. LOL! Chey~ *ACT PROUD*

Last but not least, this girl drew me. LOL!

And the funniest thing that always happened is that I always thought they are going to touch my breasts when they reach out their hand towards me. Actually, they just want to touch my hair. LOL!!!

Muacks, Liwen! I know you since 13 years old when you are still a very very guai to the max girl. Just like what Nico said, when you go out you also bring out books to study (LOL)!! BUT NOW AH, CHILLI PADI ONLY. FIERCE. ETC. But of cos our friendship never dies. Hahaha!! Nomatter how long we didn't contact with each other, our friendship never fades.
